  • Soy Milk (plain or vanilla)
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • One large Banana
  • Plain Vanilla Yogurt

So how will this smoothing keep you beautiful from the inside? First off, soy milk is rich and protein! And the more protein in your diet, the healthier your hair will be. After all, protein is one of the building blocks of hair.

Additionally, berries AND bananas are chock full of antioxidants! Antioxidants are in so many expensive skin moisturizers. If you apply it to your face, why not ingest it as well? Plus, the berries I mentioned are so easy to wash and just throw in the blender or magic bullet. You can practically make this with your eyes closed.

Finally, yogurt contains lactic acid. Lactic acid is so great when applied to the skin topically. It’s a natural skin brightener and exfoliant. Now imagine the benefits of ingesting it. You’re literally feeding these nutrients to the cells.
