Hello beauties! Today’s post is for those of you who need quick and easy tips to make your hair grow. I have been growing out my hair from a pixie cut for two years now. I’ve made great progress and what to share what worked for me, with you.

Massage your scalp!
Massaging your scalp will stimulate blood circulation. When blood circulates, it will feed your follicles and encourage hair growth. You and your best friend, sister, or boyfriend can trade scalp massages!!

Don’t wash your hair every day.

Washing your hair every day will strip your scalp of natural oils. Even if your hair is super oily, you can benefit from shampooing every other day. I have a dry scalp, so I only shampoo once-twice a week.

Rinse with cool water.
When you do wash your hair, try to use lukewarm to cool water. Hot water will damage your sensitive hair follicles.

Shampoo Gently.
Don’t scratch your scalp with your nails!! This can damage your follicles. Remember, healthy follicles equals healthy hair. Use the pads of your fingers to gently massage your scalp as your shampoo.

Untangle Gently.
Always use a wide tooth comb. Start from the bottom and work your way up. This will prevent breakage, and pulling out hair.

Eat tons of protein!

A high protein diet will totally nourish your hair. Hair is made out of keratin. The building blocks of keratin is protein. Almonds, beef jerky, hard boiled eggs, edamame, chicken, and fish are all great foods to eat to nourish your hair!
