Hello beauties! Today’s post is all about Juicing Benefits and Juicing Recipe. Juicing is very popular in the health community. But did you know, its actually really great for your skin? In my experience, when I juice, my skin has a glow that absolutely no skincare or cream can compete with. Juicing is a great way to be beautiful from the inside. I would like to share today the benefits I have noticed for myself, and some recipes I have tried. I hope my experience will encourage you all to try juicing.

Juicing Benefits and Juicing Recipe

Benefits

My father, sister and I all juice from time to time. When I personally juice, I try to drink a juice every morning with breakfast. I replace my morning coffee with juice. This decision already benefits my skin. For example, the caffeine in coffee dehydrates our body and skin. Juice will hydrate and nourish it. Additionally, my whole energy level gets a boost when I start my day off with juice. My sister also points out that it strengthens her immune system. She has two children, and babysits 2-5 more, depending. Young kids usually take turns getting sick. However, since she’s been juicing, she notices she is more resilient to catching what the kids bring home.

Recipe

I like my juices to have at least five fruits and veggies per juice. And I like my veggies to outnumber the fruits in my juice as well. When I make a juice, my usual recipe is:

  • Hand full of Green Grapes
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 3 stocks of Celery
  • A few handfuls of kale or spinach
  • 2 carrots

Its super green, and chock full of vitamins. I sometimes squeeze in some lemon for taste.

Additionally, I sometimes buy juice from my local LA farmers market. I usually like to buy one that has:

  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Oranges
  • Apples

Or:

  • Pomegranates
  • Oranges
  • Apple
  • Cherries

That last one is super fruity, so I like to water it down.
