Double chin makes us look fatter than usually. Also it can be said that double chin appears due to extra layer of skin. Now let’s pass from talking straight to the point of how you can get rid of double chin fast. There are many ways to get rid of this condition and we are here to share with you some tips to solve this problem.
1. Sugar Free Gum:
Chewing gum is helpful not just to have fresh breath, but also to remove double chin. To get rid of double chin, the muscles of our face and neck must be toned. Thus sugar free gum is a great solution for exercising those muscles. Chewing gum with sugar in it will be bad for your sugar intake and will just create more fat, so chew sugar free gum to tighten the facial and jaw line muscles, thereby toning that area.
If you will regularly chew gum, this can help to tone the muscles responsible for defining the jaw area. And all this is possible just because the muscles that will hold in a double chin are the same muscles that are used when chewing. To make a glycerin mask you need: 1 tablespoon of glycerin, Epsom salt – ½ tablespoon, peppermint oil – 2-3 drops and cotton pad.

7. Cocoa butter:

Thus, using cocoa butter for your face and neck can make your skin more elastic, which means that it can be smoother and can also make your face and neck thinner than usual. To apply cocoa butter, you need to take 1-2 table spoon of cocoa butter and let it heat up in the microwave for less than a minute. Once it is warm enough, rub it onto your neck and chin.
